We went to Dead Horse Bay in Queens!!! Basically, this bay houses garbage from the late 1800’s and early 1900’s. A dam broke near an old landfill and all the garbage, mostly glass bottles and porcelain scatter the beach. We were really surprised to find a school of helmet crabs thriving in the bay.
One of the many historic covered bridges in Pennsylvania. This particular one is called Hunseckers Mill Bridge, and was built in 1848.

Like most Americans after they buy their first car, the only thing on our mind is Intercourse…PA. So we’re on our first road trip and enjoying all Intercourse has to offer.
We bought our first car together! You should have seen us haggle with the salesman. It was like two lions stalking a helpless baby gazelle. I think both of us surprised eachother with our skills and techniques. We did well. So now begin our adventures exploring the east coast, one roadside monument at a time.
